Bahçeşehir University introduced BAU Hub Invest to connect technology-based business ideas with investment and development opportunities. Working with strategic technology partners, the programme announced a target of up to TRY 200 million in investment support over two years.
Saygın Şenel, a member of the university’s Board of Trustees, is one of the project’s implementation leads. The initiative aims to strengthen the relationship between education, entrepreneurship and business, helping ideas developed within the university move towards practical application.
Announced for the 2026–2027 academic period, the programme covers ventures developed by students, graduates and academics. Mentoring and ecosystem connections complement investment support for technology ventures at different stages of development. The announced figure is a programme target, rather than a statement that the full amount has already been invested.
